- Only customers who purchase admission tickets may use the on-site parking lot.

- Tickets are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

- Guests who are under the influence of alcohol, hungover, or pregnant are kindly asked to refrain from using the facility.
- Guests with heart, circulatory, or respiratory conditions, or any symptoms that may worsen through use of the facility, are kindly asked to refrain from using the facility.
- There are several stairways inside the cave. Guests who have difficulty going up and down stairs are kindly asked to refrain from using the facility.
- The facility cannot be accessed with strollers or wheelchairs.
- Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the facility.
- Some areas have uneven footing, so please wear comfortable shoes that are easy to walk in.
- We cannot accept any responsibility for accidents, injuries, or other incidents that occur within the facility.
- Additional Info
- Operations may be suspended due to bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, refunds will be limited to the ticket price only. Travel expenses, including cancellation fees, will not be reimbursed.
