Changes to the participation date or number of participants can be made from your My Page. ① Log in from “My Page” in your reservation confirmation email. ② Tap “Reservation Confirmation.” ③ Tap the reservation listed under “Before Participation.” ④ Tap “Change Reservation” displayed next to the participation date and number of participants, and update the details as desired. ⑤ A new reservation confirmation email will be sent to you.

入園券は、キャンセル料は前日80％・当日100％となっておりますので、それより前（2日前まで）にお手続きいただければキャンセル料は発生いたしません。 期限を過ぎるとオンラインでの変更・キャンセルができなくなりますので、お早めにご対応をお願いいたします。

Purchased tickets can be canceled from your My Page. ① Log in from “My Page” in your reservation confirmation email. ② Tap “Reservation Confirmation.” ③ Tap the reservation listed under “Before Participation.” ④ Tap “Cancel” displayed at the bottom of the page, agree to the cancellation policy, and complete the cancellation. ⑤ A reservation cancellation email will be sent to you.

① Open the ticket page for the ticket you wish to purchase. ② Select the “number of participants” and “participation date” on the calendar, then tap “Next.” ③ Register as a member.（You can choose to register with your email address, Google, or Facebook.） ④ Fill out the reservation form. ⑤ Enter your credit card information. ⑥ Complete 3D Secure authentication for your credit card. ⑦ The reservation completion page will be displayed, and a reservation confirmation email will be sent to you.

The following credit cards are accepted. VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club ※Prepaid cards and debit cards can also be used. ※Only credit cards that support 3D Secure are accepted. We sincerely apologize, but as this is a natural cave, it is not possible to make it fully barrier-free. Therefore, visitors cannot tour the cave with strollers or wheelchairs.

Pets are allowed during your visit. Please be considerate of other visitors.

Luggage can be stored at the reception desk. However, we cannot store valuables.

The child rate（JPY 600）applies to children from age 3 through junior high school students. High school students and older are charged the adult rate（JPY 1,200）, and children age 2 and under are free. For details on fees, please see here: https://www.cave.okinawa/fees/

Yes. It can be issued from the admin screen or the customer’s My Page. It can be issued on or after the participation date.

Individual customers can receive a receipt even without an invoice number.
